2. Fees and renewals
Paid plans are provided as subscriptions and renew automatically on a monthly or yearly basis.
Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades and cancellations take effect from the next renewal date.
3. Credits
Credits are granted for each billing cycle and unused balances do not roll over to the next cycle.
When required for incident response or operational reasons, we may adjust or supplement balances at our discretion.
4. Refunds and suspension
Refunds are handled in accordance with the payment provider rules and our own review.
Any credit adjustment related to refunds will be determined individually based on usage and fraud-prevention considerations.
5. Ownership
Copyright in content generated through the service on the Free plan belongs to us.
Users on the Free plan may use that content only within the scope permitted by us through the service.
